Why should we register with Louisville Stoneware Gift Registry?

Our Gift Registry makes it easy to relay your gift ideas and receive gifts you really would like and takes the guesswork out of gift giving, all from the comfort of home. Guests of our Gift Registry site can select the beautiful stoneware that reflects your taste and fits your lifestyle. Gifts they know you'll appreciate. Simple shopping for them, and perfect for you!

How does the completion program work?

You'll receive a Registry Completion email from us after your wedding. This qualifies you to purchase any remaining registry items at a 10% savings. Completion discount of 10% can not be used with any other offer.

How long does it take to register?

Depending on the size of your gift list and the number of personal decisions you need to make, registration can take an estimated 2 hours, or you may create your registry in separate visits*.

How often will our registry be updated?

Once your Gift Registry is completed - Every time a guest makes a purchase, one of our specialists will make the appropriate adjustments to your registry list in order to avoid duplication. Please allow 72 hours.

How long will our registry stay in the system?

Your registry will remain active 2 years after the date of your special occasion. Allowing others to continue to find your perfect stoneware gift, even after the Big Day. -Or- The choice is yours. You can close your registry effective the day of your occasion, or, if you like, we are happy to keep it open for an additional 60 days.

How do we make changes to our registry?

Contact us by phone at 800-626-1800 x128 or email your change request to bridal@louisvillestoneware.com. We will be happy to assist you in making the necessary changes that reflect your gift needs. A confirmation of any changes will be emailed to you prior to any final changes. Registry changes can be adjusted up to 7 days before your occasion.

How do guests get a copy of our registry?

To receive an updated listing of gifts that have not yet been purchased, your guests can log onto www.louisvillestoneware.com/registries, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By simply choosing from a query of information, such as names or date of occasion, they may access your Gift Registry.

How do we inquire about the status of gifts purchased?

Log on to your gift registry 24/7 and view gifts purchased or check what items you still need. If you have further questions, you may email your registry consultant at bridal@louisvillestoneware.com.

What should we include in our registry?

Think about your future needs and consider every room in your home. Update your current style or create a new look with a diverse selection of dinnerware, bakeware and serveware patterns. Also, don't forget your outdoor garden items, including your pets. The choices are all yours!
