Product Information

We call this a lasagna baker, but it's useful for many different dishes like vegetable casseroles, fudge brownies, cinnamon buns and macaroni and cheese.

The handless baker is made is made from local ball clay sourced from the Old Hickory Mine in Hickory, Kentucky using a pottery tradition that’s been alive since 1815. The clay is an excellent material for retaining heat and keeps its warmth as you gather your guests to the table.

The Embossed Running Horse design creates a sense of movement, depth and dimension around the top outside edge of the piece. An antiqued white glaze adds richness, giving each piece an heirloom quality that can be enjoyed for generations. The glaze is lead-free and won't crack, discolor or scratch. This baker goes into the freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher and is very easy to clean.

Dimensions: 14” x 9.5”

Stoneware can be safely used in the oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. It is recommended that Stoneware be placed in a non-heated oven and allowed to come to temperature during pre-heating. Remember to allow pieces from the oven and dishwasher to cool before refrigerating. Likewise, you should allow refrigerated piece to return to room temperature before washing or baking. As with any stoneware item, extreme and sudden variation in temperature may cause cracking or breakage.

At the end of the party, elbow grease isn’t needed as Stoneware is easy to wipe clean.

Stoneware is naturally resilient resisting scratches and fading. Safe with wood, nylon and metal utensils, as superficial marks from silverware can be cleaned up with silver polish or cooktop cleaner.
